Shipping & Delivery Policy

We roast to order and ship worldwide. This policy covers how long orders take to process and arrive, how tracking works, and how customs and duties are handled. All shipping charges are shown in USD at checkout.

01Processing and dispatch

Because bundles are roasted fresh, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Larger, wholesale or custom orders may take longer; we will let you know if so.

02Shipping rates and destinations

  • A flat standard shipping rate is applied at checkout in USD.
  • We ship to the destinations shown in checkout, including the UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Australia and selected EU and other countries.
  • Roasters Club members receive free standard shipping over the member threshold.

03Delivery times

Delivery estimates depend on destination and carrier. Domestic UK orders usually arrive within a few business days; international orders typically take longer and can be affected by customs. Estimates are not guarantees.

04Tracking

When your order ships you will receive a dispatch email with tracking where the carrier provides it. We share only the name and address needed for delivery with our carriers.

05Customs, duties and import taxes

For cross-border orders, duties, import taxes and customs handling fees are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. These are charged separately by customs or the carrier and are not included in our prices. Customs processing can add delays outside our control.

06Undelivered, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact support@islofarrcof.shop with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve it and, where appropriate, replace or refund the order under our Refund & Returns Policy. Please provide a correct, complete delivery address; parcels returned due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping costs.
