We sell coffee and coffee-brewing goods only. We make no health, medical, therapeutic or weight-loss claims; coffee is a food and beverage, not a supplement or medicine. Product images are illustrative; roast, origin and seasonal lots may vary. We do not sell alcohol or tobacco.

• —Our coffee contains caffeine and is intended for adults. Decaf is Swiss Water processed and still contains a small amount of caffeine — it is not caffeine-free.
• —People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or sensitive to caffeine or with relevant heart conditions should seek their own medical advice about caffeine intake.
• —Coffee is roasted and packed on shared lines that also handle nuts and dairy and may contain traces. Flavoured lots use food-grade flavouring. Allergen information is shown on product pages.

• —An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or pricing is clearly wrong) and will refund any payment taken.
• —All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where shown; shipping is added at checkout.
• —Payment is taken securely by our payment processor. We do not store full card details.
• —The statement descriptor on your bank statement will read FIRSTLIGHT COFFEE.

We ship internationally. Delivery times are estimates and depend on destination and carrier. For cross-border orders, duties, import taxes and customs handling are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility; they may cause additional cost or delay. Membership provides current-period benefits only (member pricing, shipping perks and priority access). It is not points, credit or stored value, and has no cash value. Benefits do not roll over. You may cancel anytime; your plan continues to the end of the paid period and is not pro-rated. Renewal billing is handled by our payment processor.

Coffee is a perishable food. Your statutory rights apply, and our approach to faulty, damaged or incorrect items is set out in the Refund & Returns Policy. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or consumed food generally cannot be returned.

You agree to use the site lawfully, keep your account details secure, and not misuse Brew Matcher, forms or checkout. Detailed rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
